Booking Terms and Conditions
Size of party
We accept group bookings up to 120 guests.
Groups of 12 or more may be seated on multiple tables (subject to availability).
Final confirmation of numbers is required by email or telephone 48 hours in advance.
There are other areas within the restaurant that can accommodate private party up to of 25 guests please email or telephone us for more information.
All group bookings require £5 per person deposit to secure the reservation. We ask that you arrive promptly for your reservation. Please allow 10 minutes to reach your table on arrival during busy times. We hold tables for a maximum of 30 minutes from the booked time, after which the table may be released at the manager’s discretion.
Due to our unique setting there are some restrictions on what you may bring into the restaurant, if you wish to bring table decorations then please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your booking. (Christmas crackers are not included in the menu price).
Failure to show on the day or to give less than 48 hours noticed of a cancellation will result in a non-refundable of your deposit. A cancellation charge of £10 per head may also applies to a reduction in numbers after final confirmation has been given 24 hours in advance.
We ask that you do not bring any food or drink into the restaurant without prior agreement. Birthday and celebration cakes are available to order or bring your own. Please email us for details.
It is essential that pre-order are require for your party in advance and any guests with special dietary requirements please contact us no less than 24 hours in advance of the booking. Additional courses are available, please ask for further information. Unfortunately we cannot offer separate bills for individual payment.
